To ensure our Warrior Packages reach families who need them, Hope for Courage requires verification of childhood cancer or diagnoses before approving a request.
We understand that this process can feel overwhelming, and we want to make it as simple as possible.
Verification may be provided by a Child Life Specialist, Social Worker, Nurse, Nurse Navigator, or a Physician from your child's hospital or clinic.
If your family was referred directly through on of our hospital partners, we may already have the verification needed.
Verification Letter may be emailed to Lindsay@hopeforcourage.org , by your childs care team.
If sending a letter, please ensure it is on hospital or clinic letterhead. We do not require detailed medical records, test results, or treatment reports.
